All ABCA Systems maintenance contracts benefit from a four hour MTTA (Mean Time to Arrival) agreement along with twenty four hours, 365 days/year coverage and pre-agreed preferential rates for service calls.
Any of the following maintenance packages can be fully tailored to suit your needs:
Bronze: 1 service visit per annum
Silver: 2 service visits per annum
Gold: 2 service visits per annum, Full labour coverage
Platinum: 2 service visits per annum, Full labour coverage, Full parts coverage

“One Call, We do it all’ is ABCA’s total specialist electrical maintenance solution. The policy caters to all maintenance and repairs for all your systems saving you time and hassle of reporting multiple faults at a single site. ABCA Systems boasts national coverage, 24 hours, 7 days a week. We take our Service Level Agreements seriously and will not let you down.
ABCA Systems were appointed in 2009 by a competitive tender through the fusion 21 Frame work, to undertake the reactive maintenance of the door entry systems to over 300 Blocks of flats, covering 4000 properties with door entry and access control for First Choice Homes Oldham.
On award of the contract, we immediately appointed 2 dedicated engineers and completed a full stock condition survey free of charge, to establish exactly what equipment was installed across the borough.
Over time, we have grown through success to encapsulate Door Entry, Access Control, Communal TV, Security Doors, Door Automation, and CCTV ensuring over 6000 properties are kept safe, secure and with essential communications.
The contract has a dedicated service manager who ensures that all the disciplines are co-ordinate to ensure a one stop shop for the client, who can be assured that “One Call” is all that is required.
