Recommending someone for a role at ABCA

We operate a referral scheme for existing ABCA employees to refer applicants for our vacancies. A successful referral triggers a total of £500 split between the referrer and the referee which is paid in the following stages:

• £100.00 to existing and new employees after 3 months probation

• £150.00 each after 6 months’ service (a successful probationary period)

A successful referral requires the following:

• The referral must be submitted before the interview stage

• The applicant needs to be successful in their application

• The applicant needs to have successfully passed their probation period. If the employee’s probation is extended, the money will only be paid once the extended probationary period has been successful.

Before making a referral, please ensure you are fully aware of the process by familiarizing yourself with our Refer a Friend Policy, P056.

If you want to refer an applicant for a current vacancy, then you need to make the referral by clicking here.

If you refer someone without making a referral line with our Refer a Friend Policy, then the referral payments will not be made. 

Please ask your line manager or HR for further information, and only submit referrals for current vacancies.

Please be aware any referral money will only be paid if you remain in employment. If you exit the organisation on or during anniversary dates no payment shall be made to you.
