Recommending someone for a role at ABCA

 

We operate a referral scheme for existing ABCA employees to refer applicants for a vacancies. A successful referral triggers a total of £400 which is paid in the following stages:

  • £50 on 1 month anniversary of start date

  • £150 on 6 month anniversary of start date

  • £200 on 12 month anniversary of start date

 

A successful referral requires the following:

  • The referral needs to have been submitted by the existing employee on the link below

  • The referral needs to have been submitted prior to interview stage

  • The applicant needs to be successful in their application

If you want to refer an applicant for a current vacancy, then you need to make the referral by clicking here.

 

If you refer someone without making a referral as described above, then the referral payments will not be made. 

 

Please ask your line manager or HR for further information, and only submit referrals for current vacancies.

Please be aware any referral money will only be paid if you remain in employment. If you exit the organisation on or during anniversary dates no payment shall be made to you.
